Love this palette since it is perfect for everyday use in the office! Love the neutral shades and how easy to spread it is. Only concern would be the pigment, not so pigmented (for me) but if you are looking for light make up, this one is for you!
As for texture: powdery and lightweight

Dinto Blur-Finish Jane Austen Shadow 701 - shadows have soft matte texture that adhere well with no fallout. The pigment is nice and I love the neutral colors that can be worn alone or layered.
