ami...@	SKIN1004 products are part of my skin care routine especially the Ampoule brightening bottle its a must have makes the skin toned and hydrated , I can expect the same for these masks from the same brand .

	Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
mic...@	Order date : Sep 2025 2025091813114089 I have requested a full refund multiple times through customer service due to an extremely delayed delivery, but nothing has been resolved. Please treat this review as my official refund request, since your team failed to respond properly and on time. You only informed me about the refund email after the deadline had already passed, which is completely unacceptable. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating — easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I am extremely disappointed and expect my full refund to be processed immediately.
