This is my first time using a balm cleanser and I love using this to remove sunscreen. I am fond of the mandarin smell and it does a great job at cleansing.

Packaging (4/5): The packaging is practical and travel-friendly. The screw-top lid prevents leaks, and the small size is perfect for tossing into your makeup bag or suitcase. However, it might be a bit small for daily use if you wear makeup regularly.
Scent (3/5): While the Mandarin version is scented with a pleasant citrus fragrance, I would have preferred a fragrance-free option. The scent is not overpowering, but if you have sensitive skin or prefer unscented products, this might be a drawback.
Rinsability (4/5): The balm emulsifies easily with water, turning into a milky consistency that rinses off without leaving a greasy residue. However, I find that it sometimes requires a bit more water and thorough rinsing to ensure no residue is left behind.
