It hydrates, but didn't see any difference on my skin after a couple of months using it. It contains perfume that smells kinda like laundry detergent??? I don't know how to explain it.

It wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad. Didn't break me out but I didn't see any noticeable changes in the few times I used it but it does feel nice so I will keep using it and see if it makes a difference.
