My skin was feeling dry/dehydrated so I bought this since it claimed to lock moisture in but I feel like it did that but could feel a little heavy/greasy since I like to apply multiple layers of toner.

Its not watery but its not a true milk either, its thin in comparison to other milk toners.

The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because it left my skin feeling a little sticky and not a fan of that. It just didn’t work well with my skin.
