jtu...@ I have acne and this moisturizer has caused me zero issues, it’s thick but not heavy feeling. It sinks into the skin very nicely. Keeps it moisturized all night. The smell of it (its fragrance free) but the natural smell of the ingredients is not the greatest. But that goes away after rubbing it in so not a big deal. Would recommend.
