I personally struggle when it comes to collagen products, I don’t know why, but there’s just something about them that makes it hard to consume “doesn’t matter how it comes.. pills, jelly, etc..” but these are amazing!! I believe it’s my 3rd time purchasing.. they’re light and easy to consume, don’t taste or smell unpleasant.. I definitely recommend trying them out!!

Not sure what difference it made or if I would see any impact in just 1 month. It is easier to dissolve in room temperature water. I am not a fan of the flavour but it was not unpleasant either.
