جربته لاسبوع عور بطني شوي بالبدايه اعتقد لان فيه لاكتوباسيليس الي هي بكتيريا نافعه عندي مشاكل في الامعاء بس بعد استخدامي له قل الامساك برشو احس بشرتي
والبكتيريا النافعه افضل معه مافيه اي تغير بالون اعتقد القلوتاثيون نسبته قليله عادي لاني ماكنت ابي اي تغير في لوني بس ابي الكولاج
