I have order 3 boxes now it really does help with my skin also i notice that after exercising my body doesnt hurt and this is the only new thing in my routine the taste is a little weird but you get used to it

Hace poco los estoy probando pero hasta ahora me gustan saben como a limón incluso lo podría tomar como un jugo ☺️
También me encanta porque contiene probióticos y he estado pasando por una fuerte gastritis y esto me ayuda a mi estómago, tomar el tratamiento de colágeno por unos 3 meses aproximadamente para ver los resultados reales, porque hasta ahora solo podría evaluar el sabor y la composición, lo bueno es que se disuelve fácilmente y no se crean grumos
