I am oily skin in summer and very sensitive. But it does not irritating the skin but give my skin moisture fully all day long. It is little water but little ticker than then regular tonner. Little sticky but I only use this serum after wash my face and before sunblock. Yes only use this serum this summer now. It is good enough. I love it. I understand why it is 1st prize award on summer review site. I strongly recommend.
