it doesn’t really smell like anything to me except an almost unnoticeable metallic smell. Almost lfeels like I’m just smelling the inside of the aluminum tube it comes in. Somewhere between a gel and a thick cream. It applies easily by patting/lightly massaging it into your skin and it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on my face after application.

The COSRX retinol cream has excellent spreadability, a less heavy gel feel, and is more like a lotion. Absorbs quickly without feeling greasy or unpleasant. No
#Fragrance added. It is my first time using Retinol so I use it 2 times per week, then I increase by the following week. I would recommend this product for the beginner retinol user.

Helps improve skin texture |

The Cosrx The Retinol 0.1 helps with improving the texture of my skin. I use this cream at night after cleansing my skin. I do wait about 30 minutes to apply to my skin. I use this cream for all over my face but I do use it for places that I think I need it most which is the neck, cheeks, and forehead. I use about a dime size or even less and pat it around my face. I did not notice any peeling at all or even stinging which makes it comfortable to use at night. I did notice that my texture of my skin improved each time I use it. I also use this for lightening up hyperpigmentation from post acne marks which helped improved the look of the acne mark. Then I use sunscreen every day to prevent any sun damage since the retionol is suppose to get rid of thin top layer of my skin. I think the overall results are pretty good and if you have problems with applying makeup this can help soften your skin and getting rid of rough texture.
