I like this toner it moisturises well and smooth out my skin. But it has a very strong scent which I don't like. So, sensitive skin be careful

Good for layering and moisturizing |

First of all, beware of this if you are sensitive to ferments - this essence toner has them all in here. But if you're cool with that, then the numbuzin No. 3 toner works well as a moisturizing layer *on top of something lighter and more hydrating.* This may feel hydrating at first if you have dehydrated skin, but those with a healthy skin barrier will probably find this lacking on its own. It does provide some glow, though the effects are not long-term. I find this works best in winter, and maybe in PM routines for the other seasons.
