like the no. 3 serum this toner has the same qualities that the product works …. but not the best experience applying. It has a medicinal scent that is a bit overpower and does tingle when first applied. Definitely don’t use when you have a breakout or have prior irritation. Pores and texture are noticeably better after use but again i would cycle on and off this due to slight irritation.

Many people on youtube was recommending this toner so I ordered it to try. Feels like a good toner, I haven't noticed any difference on my skin.
