A hydrating toner formulated with 50 types of fermented ingredients. It has a slightly viscosity texture that is yellowish in color. Since it is easily absorbed and is not sticky or greasy on the skin, I usually use this toner with one to three layers depending on my mood and skin condition. I love how my skin becomes supple, plump, and well hydrated.
