I had high hopes for this milky toner, but right after applying it, my skin felt uncomfortable, almost like something was wrong. To top it off, I felt a pimple coming through within hours!

This toner has milky consistency that is a tad heavier than water. It comes in glass bottle and it has no fragrance. For reference, my skin is dry dehydrated and I love how hydrating this product is. I double layer it in winter time and it gives an instant glass skin look without feeling heavy or greasy.
