This is actually a milky toner. I’ve tried a few and they were all pretty thin, but this one actually has a thicker more milky consistency, actually hydrating and moisturizing. A great toner for any one with dry skin!

I use this product after double cleansing; you can feel it working almost immediately. The scarring on my ance-prone skin has also begun to fade relatively!
