Love that it comes with more than just 30 days :) I feel good that I’m taking a multivitamin, I get anxious about accidentally forgetting to include a nutrient in my diet and this lessens that anxiety, but before taking any vitamin please make sure that you aren’t damaging your liver in the process- too much of a nutrient can cause issues and it’s better to get tested to make sure that you’re actually deficient in something before taking any supplements and consulting a doctor is a safer way of going about supplementation
