van...@	Feels slightly tacky after applying but it absorbs fast and is light, the scent is not overpowering. Its slightly thicker than normal toners, more like an essence than toner but its good for light moisture, not the best one to use after say... after popping some spots hahaha. Not my fav but i like it, it was good value for such a large bottle
