TonyMoly Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner is absolutely perfect for normal, dry and combination skin types (oily skin for PM or winter). This toner may be not the best for sensitive skin, because it contains fragrance and essential oils.

This is not bad - it really DOES make your skin feel like mochi. But, I don't think it absorbs that easily into my skin personally and it leaves me feeling a little sticky / hot on my face. (maybe just like mochi? hahaha). If you don't have combo / oily skin, or redness/sensitivities perhaps it'll work for you. I'm going to theorize it might be one of the oils in the product causing this feeling for me. It is still a good product!
