This cream would be great for someone who is looking for an anti aging product or to help prevent the signs of aging :) This cream helps with lessening the appearance of fine lines under your eye area, I have very dark under eye circIes so I haven't noticed any brightening effect under my eyes however this cream helps with improving makeup application under my eyes since I need a lot of hydration and definitely plumps and hydrates the eye area :) I would recommend this cream for someone who has fine lines and likes firming creams ♡
