It is packed with vitamins that help target dryness and boost brightness. It does have a slight scent but it is not overpowering and has not triggered any sensitivity or irritation for me.I have really enjoyed using this during the day and also at night. I would recommend this to those with dull under eyes looking for a good brightening cream
