I’ve used so many different types of hair treatments including Olaplex and keratise and I find this is just as good if not better and a fraction of the price . It doesn’t weigh my hair down cuz I have very thin hair . It also helps smooth my ends and helps with frizz . A little goes along way as well! Really love this product a lot
