This is such a light toner, water like, with a light menthol scent. But it’s not water, that’s for sure, check the great ingredients below. I’ve been using this as part of my PM routine, with no irritation, just skin that feels smooth, and refreshed (this would be great in a mister!!) It exfoliates, and brightens, and it’s just a stellar toner.
