I know their Dokdo toner is the one that went viral all over, but this birch juice toner does a great job under makeup too. It's watery but has some body to it, which makes the skin feel more plump and hydrated rather than just wet. It also has no fragrance and no essential oils so it's safe to use for all skin types.
