Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner comes in a 200ml clear plastic bottle. It has a lighweight, watery texture that quickly absorbs by the skin.
It is infused with mineral rich seawater, Glycerin, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugarcane) Extract, Betaine, Panthenol, Ethylhexyl glycerin and Allantoin, which work to hydrate skin, regulate sebum production, calm irritated skin, and gently exfoliate dead skin cells.

I have seen that this toner is incredibly popular in Korea so I had to try it out. The consistency is almost waterlike and does not have any fragrance which I appreciate. It makes my skin feel refreshed and supple - a very pleasant toner overall.
