This toner won many awards in 2018-2019, and remains one of the most popular to this day. Many people like its watery texture and completely unscented. It's very light and not sticky, so I think it's perfect for use in the morning or after washing your face.
I've tried this in 2021, I quite like the refreshing effect it gives. However, the exfoliation is not that powerful. I feel that this toner only removes soap residue and dust on the face. Also, I don't really feel the hydration of this toner.
So, absolutely I will recommend this toner for those with oily skin

Nice simple toner. Found this to be better than the Torriden Toner. The product is viscous and provides mild hydration, which is nice because then i can apply moisturizer conveniently.
