As expected because it does not include any active ingredients, it is a good nonirritating soothing basic toner. I have acne skin and I will use this in rotation to my more treatment type toner

This is the perfect, affordable everyday toner. I love using it as a second layer in morning routines, and a first layer in nighttime ones. Multipurpose and affordable- definitely pick this one up!

I appreciate it is unscented, product feels mild but my face does feel more hydrated immediately after using this toner. This helps wipe off any residue of dead skin to allow next step (essence) to absorb better. The only complaint is this is bottled in plastic.
