This toner is very gentle on the skin and is very hydrating. I feel like it really does its job especially when you layer it because I feel like it makes a difference. Overall this is a really good toner if you're looking for something hydrating and basic.

Almost like water, but super gentle. I use this like an everyday gentle exfoliating toner. have not had any break-outs at all. quite like it - I would repurchase until I find something I like better
