It is non-irritating and very gentle. I didn't notice any major changes in my skin, but it definitely didn't make my skin any worse. I like that I could apply in around my eyes, my neck, and my hands without any sensitivity. Good product.

Never received an item. Waited for 35 days due to issues with UPS (pending clearance or resolution). Store just marked an order as completed and refused to give a refund or replace an order, just copy-pasted to my injuries ''we can not do anything, is it all local authorities, thank you for your patience''.
