It's a good meal replacement I they whey protein texture in this case taste good. I usually don't like protein shakes but I this was delicious. Did it need 12g of sugar? probably not but I didn't mind it

Love taking this to work or on the go for a quick snack. It satisfies my sweet tooth and tastes great. Not too sweet and easy to eat. I use milk and pour it into the pouch and shake it up a bit before adding milk. There are small cereal pieces in it. This is perfect for a small quick breakfast
