I tried it, and it really does what it says. It gave me energy in the morning. The taste is okay in my opinion, and the packaging is perfect for a gift. It also came with a bag!

I mix one pouch into into half a cup of hot water and drink like an herbal tea in the afternoons. This has been helpful after my morning coffee wears off. I would recommend having it with a little food in case you are sensitive to strong herbal medicines. It is a little bitter but also has a slight sweetness to take the edge off. I need to consume this for a longer period of time before I can provide a more detailed review of my results.
