The sticks are super convenient, easy to eat in one go. I like this kind more than ginseng tonic drinks which can spill. Helps give me energy during the day.

I got this as a gift for my parents, I wanted them to try out something that would help as a supplement. We would mix it in with water at first. but the taste was way too strong. So we decided to mix it in with tea, so the flavor is more easy to drink. It can also smell a little weird and funky, so I would recommend mixing it in with something else other than water.

Se los regale a mi mamá y se los ha tomado bastante bien. El sabor es un poquito fuerte. Pero bueno que medicina no lo es. … creo que lo volvería a comprar
