It has a thick creamy texture and it is comfortable to use. I used more than I expected the first time around, but I wonder if it will spread better if you warm it up with your body temperature. I do put on a little more than a thin layer and waited until it nearly dried on my face, but I found that one use cleaned up a lot of my nose pores. I have long term issues with my blackheads so I'm always pleased to find a product that is more efficient than the endless charcoal masks constantly recommended to me (and which never work). This is much more gentle and comfortable than a charcoal mask and I don't have to leave it on for very long either.

It has a soft creamy clay texture, rose pink in color with a rose scent & spreads easily. There is a soothing & cooling effect as you apply it to the skin. This mask takes a while to dry, but it doesn’t tighten the skin as it dries out. It takes a little extra effort to remove, as it doesn’t rinse off easily without a wet cloth. It has rose particles mixed in, & the rose scent is pretty subtle, not overpowering. My skin feels soft, supple & hydrated. It still feels moisturized, smooth & glowing the next morning. This is a great mask for anyone with dry or dehydrated skin.
