where I live is dry with little to no humidity. on top of that, the city water supply is considered hard and tends to dry out your skin even more. it's important for me to stay moisturized year round so I go from lightweight lotion for the summer to richer, thicker creams for winter. This is a great winter lotion. It goes on nicely and I give it 2 minutes to absorb into my skin before I put my clothes on so it'snot sticky. I usually don't need to reapply lotion if I use this on dry-prone areas like elbows and knees. I use it on my heels right before I sleep so my feet stay soft too! definitely grab this product when it goes on sale. worth the $9.99 buy!
