This is a easy on-the-go meal. It's about 1/2 cut of content but for my busy life style, it works! The taste is decent too.
Do I prefer this kind meal? No. A healthy diet is essential for a healthy life. However, does it temporarily give your body a boost? Yes.
Overall, not bad.

I added water in mine, it tastes great. However I recommend trying to add milk in it instead so that it feels less “watery” when using water :)
