I was so suprised how hydrating this Velvet tint is. It actually has 40% water content. My lips stayed matte yet not parchrd dry like most velvwt /matte tints. After application, I did the mask test. It did not transfer to mask. This color is pink cool tone which will suit paler complexion with pink undertone. Will definitely repurchase.

Liptint with matte packaging and a flat doe foot applicator. The texture is water based with clear velvet color and velvet finish so lips look soft, moist, comfortable and feel light. Not too pigmented, but enough for the lips to look healthy and beautiful. Personally I prefer the velvet look on my lips, and maybe later I will collect another shade that suits my personality
