While this is thicker than a gel lotion, I still think it's very lightweight. It has a fresh, almost floral scent. It's probably from the different plant extracts and oils that it contains.

I used this on the drier spots that I have on my face. There are two spots that I have that not matter what I apply- the skin flakes and looks dry. I use this as a spot moisturizer for these areas after moisturizing. So far it is helping reduce the appearance of flaky skin.

A thicker cream that melts easily into the skin with no stickiness or tackiness. I didn’t find it too heavy for my oily skin if I only used it only in my pm routine, 1-2 a week. If I used it regularly in my pm routine, I think it would start feeing too heavy. It contains german chamomile oil, 10 different plant oils, vita B5 and E, and 5 different amino acids.
