I noticed that I sweat more that usual and was told that I look like I lost some weight. Now, I don't usually eat much but also I don't workout. I'm sure that those who are working out would see faster results. But if you eat without restraints and don't workout, I don't think you'll see changes. For my lifestyle this is a good product.

I tried this for 2 weeks and I don't think my weight really changed. I do think it could work if you go on diet and exercise! If you don't have healthy habit it won't really help, well at least it didn't help me. Everyone is different though! Definitely recommend to buy on sale, regular price isn't worth it. Overall, the pill isn't that hard to swallow and it doesn't hurt my stomach!
