I've been using it for a few days, but I haven't noticed it drying out my pimples. I use it before applying makeup. But I don't find it drying out my acne.

THIS PIMPLE PATCH IS GOOD AND WORKS WELL BUT I RECOMMENDED TO USE IT AT NIGHT BECAUSE ARE BIG AND YOU CAN SEE BECAUSE ARE LIKE A LITTLE WHITE.
