I use these to cleanse off layers of sunscreen and to massage oil plugs out. Watery consistency--see photo. This does NOT emulsify. If you're looking for an oil cleanser that will foam and be easy to rinse off--this isn't it. Since it doesn't emulsify, it's not easy to rinse off. Wear a spa band and prepare to spend a couple minutes rinsing before your second cleanse. Feels nice and does the job though, but WNRP.
