Excellent and relaxing for oily or mixed skin. Because I have combination or dry skin, I don't think this moisturizes me as much as I would like, but it still feels extremely cool on the skin and soothes redness.

This watery toner makes my skin feel hydrated & refreshed after applying. It cools down your skin in the hot weather. I am prone to redness, especially when it is hot & this toner hydrates , soothes & instantly relieves redness or any irritation I may be experiencing.
