Toner is clear - looks like water. Doesn't have a smell. I thought it would have been a bit flowery due to its ingredients but no smell at all. No irritation to my skin. My skin does feel nice and soft after using.

This toner contains heartleaf, centella asiatica, soybean seed extract, and hyaluronic acid to help soothe and nourish the skin. This Is a lightweight watery texture that is fragrance free. During my morning routine, I use this after cleansing, I use about 3-4 drops and pat this onto my skin. Since it is very hot outside, this soothes my skin while providing a much needed hydration to my dry skin for the summer. I am rating the Calming Toner Skin Booster a 4/5 stars!

Toner deeply hydrates tired and irritated skin, leaving it incredibly soft and hydrated. I love the light texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky feeling.
