This watery toner, very fresh and hydrate for my skin. Its no fragrance. Usually I using this toner with 2 or 3 layer but still light weight and no greasy.
Containts hearleaf can soothing, calming and hydrate my acne and redness.

This toner contains cica, soybean seed extract, and hyaluronic acid to help hydrate, soothe, and nourish the skin. It also regulates sebum production and calm skin irritations. This toner has a watery consistency that’s quickly absorbed by the skin. It can be used using clean bare hands, but, it also goes well with cotton pads. I’ve read reviews that this one’s better to use when refrigerated, so I might try it one of these days.
