I'm Chinese and light skin about 23N, but this showed up on me so that's a no.. the formulas is also very sticky and doesn't ever go away, very hard to wash off, defs need oil cleanser. good only if you're swimming. Would not recommend.

The best MINERAL SPF 50. It has minimal tent and mild scent. Not very heavy, very nice consistency but it leaves a slight white cast but even after 3-4 hours it feels like you have sunscreen and it protect from direct sun and sun damage and pigmentation.
