they aren't too small or too big. I find that as long as the skin is clean and I haven't applied my skincare routine, that the patches adhere to my skin nicely and stay on until I'm ready to remove them. however, like with any other brand of patches, if you apply this after you've put moisturizer on, then the patch won't adhere too well.
