I don't really feel a cooling effect from this product, but I like it. It doesn't make my face feel as heavy as most powders but sets my make up while blurring out imperfections. I really like that it has multiple lids to keep both moisture and powder separated from the puff.

i do not think this one works well on the make up. it cant be last long on make up which i need to reapply multiple time. i think innisfree is better. but this one gave a cooling effect which kind of refreshing vibe for some reasons.
