Clio makes my favorite liquid eyeliner. I prefer brown eyeliner over black and I love that Clio offers a variety of brown colors. This lasts ALL day and does not smudge.

A good liner for softer looks, goes on smoothly, slightly translucent over light-colored makeup, so it may take a couple passes to be a completely solid color.
