I really love everythig from green monster. This supplements doesn’t make my stomach upset and also helps with digestion . You just need to combine it with proper diet and excercise to achieve better results.

I’ve been drinking the tablets and noticing not having much cravings for sweets and early morning bathroom calls. Less constipated i must say. Good thing i purchased 112 tablets so it’ll last for 2-3 months depends on regular intake.

These supplements are pretty useful. I'm not sure if long term use would cause any negative side effects, but when I was taking them, I lost some weight. That's without any changes to my daily routine.
