It helps control my weight even when I eat a lot. But you have to eat it before a meal, but I occasionally forget that. And I find that inconvenient. When I take it after a meal, it sometimes makes me fart quite often afterwards.

I notice when I skip days of the pills I get more sugar and chocolate cravings. I also have lost weight since starting taking these! Actually works!
