This balm is just ok for me. It does deliver moisture. But if you are prone to breakouts, may want to avoid.

I bought it just because it seemed interesting and something new to try, didn't expect anything from it! It has fragrance but tolerable. Has very balmy, vaselin-like texture which is fine for my very dry skin. I will advise you buy it only if its on sale!
Update! There is no result shown. Its too sticky and hard as rock it might stretch your eye skin. Don't buy it!
