I started taking konjac jelly for dieting purposes & I love it (I did lose weight during this period) ! It made me satisfies & full.The trick is to drink lots of water when you take the jelly (so you dont get cramps, & so the jelly kinda expands (?) in your stomach (my hypothesis lol). Even when I'm not dieting, I enjoy having this. It's cheaper here (when on sale) than on amazon. I enjoy having this at room temperature & my mom likes is chilled in the fridge.
